- Summarize management issues for metabolic bone disease, osteoporosis, vitamin D deficiency, and hyper/hypocalcemia;
- Explain the different management strategies for male hypogonadism and female hypogonadism;
- Describe diabetes complications and the impact of new insulin and incretin therapies.
